Click Insert → Video → Video from File, and you can import videos ot PowerPoint 2010, like AVI, WMV, MP4 or FLV. For MP4 and FLV you may need to install QuickTime Player on your computer.
After insert video to PowerPoint 2010, you may need to do some correction adjustments:
1. to compensate for problems with the original video clip. The original video clips may be too dark or too bright so you need the video correction.
2. to make it look better on another computer or projector. Projectors are typically not as bright as computer screens, and some adjustments may help.
